Arti Ross Kelso, LMT, has been practicing and teaching in the healing arts since 1979. She is a seasoned educator with a great love for experiential and empowered learning. She currently offers yoga-inspired healing sessions including Spirit Medicine, Ayurvedic consultations, and therapeutic massage in Richmond, Massachusetts. She teaches privately and in a variety of settings throughout the Northeast including the Kripalu Center in Lenox, Mass. where she served as Dean of the Kripalu School of Massage.

| - What to Expect from a Spirit Medicine Session -
Spirit Medicine is an innovative blend of bodywork with yogic and shamanic healing arts created for your individual needs and intentions. After a brief check-in and discussion about what your intentions are I will draw on any of a number of modalities to create a session that will nurture, empower and enrich you in body and spirit. I use a range of traditional massage therapies, various yogic and energetic healing methods, and earth centered healing arts as well as my life experience as a longtime yogini, household herbalist, wellness educator and community advocate. Sessions may include any of the following , and every individual's interests, attractions and aversions are honored.
It is my intention to facilitate others in dropping into a deep source of inner guidance and support for themselves in their day to day lives.
